A collection of 365 meditations split into 12 chapters. This Chapter contains 31 meditation pages. The book is filled with quotes and meditations about a different perspective or thought about a particular subject. I added a monthly and weekly calender along with a gratitude, workout & meal plan page to keep yourself on track on your journey . No meditation is longer than one page. A quick meditation for the day to mediate on and to help with creating the habit of reading, learning and expanding your mind on a daily basis. Along with these add ons I have also added a budget and book list. The book holds various topics but the main focus is the mindset and what helped me and GREAT LEADERS overcome daily challenges to live a purpose driven life.
